Dilawer Singh Basraon is the Managing Director and co-founder of Flight Simulation Technique Centre (FSTC), India's leading independent full flight simulator training organization. A former Squadron Leader in the Indian Air Force with over 11,000 hours of flying experience on Airbus A320/A330 aircraft, he brings more than 25 years of expertise in aviation operations, training, and business leadership. Under his stewardship, FSTC has pioneered advanced flight simulation technology in India, established multiple flying schools, and expanded into defense simulator services. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on approach, Dilawer plays a pivotal role in shaping India's aviation training landscape and aligning it with global standards.
