Job Description

Position: Head – Business Development & Marketing

Job Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all FSTC marketing and business development activities and solutions
  • Establish, nurture, and increase market share within existing and new clients, including airlines, flight schools, aircraft manufacturers, industry associations / forums and also regulatory agencies
  • Manage and oversee pricing and revenues from business development activities to ensure continued profitability
  • Establish & Lead strategic client account development plans thereby maximizing development and growth opportunities
  • Build strategic relationships within the aviation industry and related industry forums, associations, to ensure continued business and revenue flows
  • Develop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share in consultation with the relevant client/FSTC team members
  • Develop and implement suitable marketing, business promotion and advertising programs for FSTC products and services to ensure high visibility and saliency
  • Responsible for making and administering commercial contracts, agreements and other activities related to sales and marketing of FSTC products and services
  • Monitor and analyze individual aviation industry trends, investigate reasons for changes and disseminate information to all stakeholders making recommendations and ensuring corrective actions
  • Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices
  • Any other job / task assigned by HoD

Requirement and Skills:

  • MBA & Bachelor degree in Marketing or operations field.
  • 14-15+ years of hands-on marketing and Business Development and/or operations experience.
  • Demonstrated ability:
    •  To manage budgeting process and use of analytical skills.
    • Of effective team handling.
  • Proven track record:
    • In delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
    • In managing key accounts.
  • Ability to create and manage marketing strategies.
  • An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Mandatory Skills – B2B & B2C Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Demand Generation, Lead Conversion, Content Creation, Sales
