A320

 

Training is designed for trainees without multi-crew experience and without MCC certificate/training. The trainee actually trains in multi-crew for the whole length of the practical training and also train with the Jet Aircraft and Engine characteristics; they train the Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) and type rating (TR) training on the same type; there is no time delay between MCC, Jet Fam and Type Rating training.
Requirements :
1) Minimum Age: 18 Years
2) Education and Qualification requirements:

Pre-Entry Requirements
  • 100 hours of pilot-in-command (PIC)
  • Valid CPL with multi engine IR
  • Valid Class-I Medical
  • Valid FRTOL & RTR
  • Fluency in English in line with ICAO Standard Level-4
  • 25 Hours on Multi Engine aircraft (10 Hours can be completed in an approved Simulator).
Course Details:
  • 14 days / 82 hours of Ground school (Technical & Performance) and 20 hours of MCC JET FAM Ground school.
  • 7 days/ 28 hours of MFTD
  • 5 days/ 20 hours of FBS
  • 9 days/ 36 hours FFS training (7 sessions of FFS, 1 LOFT Session, 1 LVO & AWO)
  • 2 days/ 8 hours of Skill Test.
Course Duration:

 TYPE RATING COURSE

Training is designed for trainees with multi-crew experience and without experience on Multi Engine Jet Aircraft. This training integrates both technical and non-technical aspects.


Pre-requisites for Type Rating Course


A. Captain’s Pre-requisites:
  • Previously qualified on Multi-Engine Jet Aircraft over 5700 Kg
  • Valid ATPL
  • Fluency in English in line with ICAO Standard Level-4
  • Valid Class-I Medical
  • Valid FRTOL & RTR
  • Flight time:1500 hours as pilot, 1000 hours on multi engine Jet Aircraft over 5700Kg, 200 hours experience as airline/corporate/military transport pilot.
B. First officer Pre-requisites:
  • Previously qualified on Multi Engine Jet Aircraft over 5700 Kg
  • Valid CPL with multi engine IR.
  • Valid FRTOL & RTR
  • Fluency in English in line with ICAO Standard Level-4
  • Valid Class-I Medical
  • Flight time:500 Hrs. as Pilot, 300 Hrs. on Multi Engine Jet aircraft over 5700 Kg, 200 Hrs. experiences as airlines / corporate or military transport pilot.
Course Details:
  • 14 days/ 82 hours of Ground School (Technical & Performance)
  • 5 days/ 20 hours of MFTD
  • 9 days/ 36 hours of FFS training (7 sessions of FFS, 1 LOFT Session, 1 LVO & AWO)
  • 2 days/ 8 hours of skill Test

COMMAND UPGRADE COURSE
 

This course is designed for pilots that have completed more than 1500 hrs in Airbus-320 Airplanes, who wish to remove the Co Pilot restriction for the A-320 aircraft type rating, endorsed in their flight crew licence, according to JAR FCL in order to upgrade and act as Commanders. Interactive ground-school followed by full flight simulator training and skill test with the knowledge and skills to function effectively and professionally, maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and service.


Pre-requisites for Command Upgrade Course
  • Previously qualified on A-320:
  • Valid and Current ATPL
  • Fluency in English in line with ICAO Standard Level-4
  • Valid Class-I Medical
  • Valid FRTOL & RTR
  • Flight time:1500 hours as pilot, 1000 hours as PIC, 200 hours experience as airline/corporate/military transport pilot.
Course Details:
  • 5 days / 30Hrs of Ground School (Technical and Performance)
  • 3 days / 23Hrs of Ground School (Command skill development)
  • 9 days /36Hrs of FFS training (7 FFS session, 1 LOFT session, 1 LVO & AWO)
  • 2 days/ 8Hrs of skill Test

Approximately 19 working days.

Cross Crew Qualification (CCQ) Course

Course is designed to transition qualified pilots within the Airbus “Fly-by-Wire” family. A CCQ course is a course which only addresses the differences between the base aircraft and the difference aircraft.

Pre-requisites for cross Cockpit Qualification Course

  • Current pilot license CPL/ATPL
  • Qualified on the base aircraft (A-330/A-340/A-380)
  • Minimum of 3 months of operation on the base aircraft
  • Minimum of 150 flight hours on the base aircraft
  • Valid Class-I Medical
  • Fluency in English in Line with ICAO Standard Level 4
  • Valid FRTOL & RTR
Course Details:
  • 3 days / 21Hrs Ground School to address the differences between the base aircraft and the difference aircraft.
  • 3 days / 12Hrs of FFS training (3 sessions of FFS).
  • 2 days / 8Hrs of skill Test.

Approximately 8 working days. 

EXTENDED REFRESHER

This course is designed as a unique service for the self-sponsored pilots, that allow a pilot to renew a rating that has expired. The applicant must meet the Refresher Training requirements of the DGCA and must complete a Pilot Proficiency Check (PPC).


Prerequisites for Extended Refresher Course
  • Previously qualified on A320
  • Valid CPL/ATPL
  • Valid Class-I Medical
  • Fluency in English in Line with ICAO Standard Level 4
  • Valid FRTOL & RTR 
Course Details:
  • 5 days / 27Hrs of Ground School for Technical and Performance.
  • FFS Session depends on IR categories. 
  • Checks depend on requirements. 
Course Duration:
  • Varies from 7 days to 12 days approximately.
