Position: Quality Manager

Job Location: Bhiwani/Narnaul

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Accountable Manager on the performance of the SMS and on any need for improvement.
• Ensure safety promotion throughout the organization.
• To provide current information and training to all staff on the safety management system and safety issues. To arrange training from external sources as necessary.
• To promote effective hazard identification and reporting.
• To communicate (two-way information flow) regarding safety issues to all staff, contractors and stakeholders.
• Assist in continuous improvement in the hazard identification and risk assessment processes.
• To establish excellent working relationship with the organization’s safety functions and those that interface with it, including quality management
• Ensure that technical data for trends related to hazards, events and occurrences are analysed.
• To conduct / organize safety audits, surveys and inspections on any aspect of maintenance and operation.
• To conduct investigations of internal safety in accordance with procedures.

Requirement and Skills:

• He shall have minimum 5 years of aviation experience out of which 2 years shall be in
• quality department and carried out internal audits at least twice.
• He shall have knowledge on CAR / organization MOM / Training standards.
• He shall have AME license/Degree in engineering
• (Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic). This can be replaced by having 5 years of additional aviation experience in addition to above.
• He shall have undergone Quality Auditors training conducted by reputed organizations.
• He shall have undergone formal training on aircraft held by the organization.

Remuneration: Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate to qualification, educational background and experience.
