Know your purpose of Flying

If you have a passion and motivation to fly an aeroplane, first of all, you need to decide if you would like to become a pilot for your own pleasure or build a career in aviation. If becoming an airline pilot is your career objective; learning to fly an actual airplane is not the most difficult part

Choose the Training Program

Below we have summarized the list of key pilot licenses those are acquired to fly an airplane

 

  • SPL (Student Pilot License)

    • We offer Student Pilots License (SPL) course. After completing this program, the student become eligible to start flying for the private pilot license (PPL) and Commercial Pilot License (CPL)

       

      Course Duration: 3 Months

      Course Type: Full/Part time as Required

      Examination: An oral exam is conducted by a board chaired by CFI

      License: Issued by the GFC (on Behalf of DCGA)

       

       

      SPL/FRTOL (R)

      EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

      10th Standard Certificate

      AGE

      Minimum age - 16 years on the date of joining and 16 years or above for the issue of Student Pilot License. For PPL17 years or above for the issue of Private Pilot

       

  • PPL (Private Pilot License)

    • We offer Private Pilot License course. The course is provided to candidates who want to become licensed hobby pilots. After completing this course, the candidate can also apply for the CPL.

       

      Course Duration: 6 months

      Requirements: SPL, FRTOL (R)

      Examination: 3 Theory papers, Day flying test.

      License: Issued by the DCGA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India.

       

       

      PPL

      EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

      10th Standard Certificate

      AGE

      Minimum age - 16 years on the date of joining 17 years or above during the issue of Private Pilot

       

  • CPL (Commercial Pilot License)

    • We offer Commercial Pilot License (CPL) in 3 different categories.

      • Only CPL

      • CPL + ME(Multi-Engine)

      • CPL + ME + IR (Instrument Rating)

      Course Duration: 12-18 months depending upon the course type

      These programs are for those aspirants who want to choose commercial pilot as their career.

      License: Issued by the DCGA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India.

      EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

      10 + 2 certificate with Physics and Mathematics

      AGE

      Candidates should be 17 years on the date of joining and 18 years or above for the issue of Commercial Pilot License

Medical Examination

Whether you want to become a private or a commercial pilot, we strongly advise you to undergo a medical examination before the start of your training. It is better to be sure you meet Class 1 and 2 medical requirements.

Type Rating

Anyone who wishes to become a pilot needs to know about Type Rating. Simply put, type rating is a certification issued by the country’s regulatory body (such as DGCA in India) that certifies that a pilot is fit to fly certain types of aircrafts. Once you have graduated from a flight school with all the qualifications needed to become a First Officer, you will need to get type rated on the aircraft you are going to fly for your future employer.
